'Very white shoes' highlighted as hearing into bashing begins

Mr Judge and his co-accused Nathan James Waring are charged with offences including reckless wounding in company, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and affray. Prosecutor Marianne Carey alleged it showed Mr Judge, Mr Waring and a third unknown attacker "hurrying off" out of a laneway in the same direction as their victims. 

As magistrate Graeme Curran watched the 20-minute video, he said it was poor quality and individuals couldn't be made out. "It was not a fight as such. It was three hits and my friends were all out cold," Karla Attwells said.
