Bengals step up bag ban at Paul Brown Stadium

Fans will be allowed to bring bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC that are smaller than 12-by-6-by-12 inches, one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags and small clutch bags of any kind that are about the size of the hand.
